Targeted C-MYC degradation by the engineered F-TrCP-Max ubiquitin-protein ligase. SW613-3 cells were infected with either the Ad1 control (multiplicity of infection of 50, lane 1) or the AdTrCP-Max (multiplicity of infections of 30 (lane 2) or 50 (lane 3)) recombinant adenoviruses for 48 hours. The levels of endogenous C-MYC were determined by in response to Ad1 or AdTrCP-Max expression by western blotting. The β-actin levels were also determined as an internal loading control.
