Legend: Total of 35 adult liver cells were examined in IR at E11.5 and E15.5 respectively, with full chromosome karyotyping of each cells. 15 out of 35 liver cells contained abnormal chromosomes in both E11.5 and E15.5. Comparisons of overall number of chromosomes with breakage or rearrangements and severe abnormal chromosome sub-categories between E11.5 and E15.5 were summarized in Table 2.
