Direct binding between SOX11 protein and GDF5 promoter. (A) Electro mobility shift assay (EMSA) for binding of the wild-type (WT) and mutated probes with human SOX11 protein. An open arrowhead indicates the shifted bands of the SOX11-DNA probe complex, and a solid arrowhead indicates the band super shifted by an antibody to SOX11.
