keaA expression in keaA deficient cells. Wild-type cells and keaA deficient cells were diluted to 0,5 × 106 cells/mL in HL5, grown and collected when cells reached 1 × 106 cells/mL. This time point was considered the point 0 h. keaA deficient cells were collected at the indicated times. The ratios are relative to transcript levels detected in wild-type cells at 0 h.
