Expression of loco in the male gonads. A: A UAS-lacZ reporter line revealed that loco was strongly expressed in the adult testes (T) and seminal vesicles (white arrows). C: The primers shown in Figure 1A were used to establish that loco c1, loco c2, loco c3 and loco c5 were expressed in OrR testes.
