Showing the recognition of 5-HT4(g) receptor expressed in CHO cells (upper figure)using sera from immunized mouse with anti-5-HT4 antibodies (red), and positive controls, i.e. affinity-purified polyclonal rabbit anti-5-HT4 antibodies (blue) as well as affinity purified human anti-5-HT4 antibodies from a patient with lupus (green). The same antibodies showed no recognition of M2 muscarinic receptor expressed in CHO cells (lower figure).
