Embryos homozygous for targeted deletion of cubilin do not express cubilin transcripts. In A, a primer pair corresponding to a 5' region of the cubilin transcript was used to assess cubilin transcript expression. In B, a primer pair corresponding to a 3' region of the cubilin transcript was used to assess cubilin transcript expression.
