(A-D) Coexpression of aPKCCAAXDN and bskDN in clones does not alter ex-lacZ (A) or fj-lacZ (C) expression, but when aPKCCAAXDN and bskDN are coexpressed in scrib1 clones, the normal pattern of ex-lacZ (B) and fj-lacZ (D) expression is restored (compared with scrib1 clones expressing bskDN alone in Figure 1).
