Downregulation of DANCR is positively correlated with the osteogenic differentiation of PDLSCs. Five experiment groups were set up, including the control group, the pcDNA3.1 group, the pcDNA3.1-DANCR group, pCMV-sh-NC and the pCMV-sh-DANCR group.
