hCG-treatment induces adrenal transcripts/protein in the absence of androgen receptors. Adult hpg, hpg.SCARKO and hpg.ARKO mice were treated daily with 4 IU of hCG (or vehicle) for 1 week. a Expression of Mc2r, Cyp11b1, Akr1b7, Cyp21a1, Hao2 and Mrap was measured by qPCR and is expressed relative to Leydig cell number in each group.
