Transcriptome analysis of Dop1R2 RNAi arrested flies reveals up-regulation of families of related genes. Results indicate an increase in the expression of 101 genes that were significantly up-regulated by ≥ 1.6 times in Dop1R2 RNAi flies (genotype: w1118;UAS-dsDop1R2/+;Act5C-GAL4/+), compared to control flies (genotype: w1118;UAS-dsDop1R2/+;TM6B/+). The fold increase change in transcript level is indicated in parentheses. Statistical significance was determined using a t-test on the average of two independent biological replicates, with a cutoff of p < 0.05. Families were assigned by DAVID functional assignment and by manual annotation using FlyBase. Driver stock: Act5C-GAL4 (FBst0003954)
