Knockdown of the PfSMAD4 gene by means of RNAi. a The expression levels of PfSMAD4 mRNA in the mantle were determined with qPCR 7 days after injection. Five oysters were used in each experiment. Statistically significant differences were analyzed by means of one-way analysis of variance.
