Alterations in cardiomyocyte thickness and intercalated disc morphology in Csrp2-/- mice. Morphometric analysis of longitudinal cut areas of the left ventricular wall below the aortic valve from wild-type (A) and Csrp2-/- (B) siblings were analysed for cardiomyocyte diameters using a microscope with an internal size scale.
