  2. Tg(-4725sox10:GFP)ba3 embryos injected with heatshock plasmid constructs at the 1-cell stage were incubated for 6 hours before a 60 min 37°C heatshock. After a further 1 hour incubation at 28.5°C embryos were fixed and processed for ectopic gfp expression by in situ hybridisation.
