  1. Zebrafish embryos injected with heatshock plasmid constructs at the 1-cell stage were incubated for 6 hours before a 60 min 37°C heatshock. After a further 1 hour incubation at 28.5°C embryos were fixed and processed for ectopic sox10 expression by in situ hybridisation.
