  4. Named sox10:GFP constructs were injected into 1-cell stage zebrafish embryos. GFP expression in specific cell-types for each embryo was documented at 48 hpf and 96 hpf. Position and morphology of GFP expressing cells were scored at 600× magnification for individual GFP-expressing live embryos selected at random.
