vangl2 MO injected into N-cadp79emcfmutant embryos causes tail elongation defects. Tail lengths of N-cadp79emcfmutant embryos uninjected and injected with 0.8 ng of vangl2 MO were measured at 30 hpf. Injection of vangl2 MO into N-cadp79emcfmutants had significant effects on the overall length of the embryonic axis.
