  1. Embryos were fixed at 1 dpf and then assayed for expression of otx5 and wnt1. Pineal and neural tube phenotypes were scored from a dorsal view.
  2. *Embryos with a normal pineal morphology are a mixture of WT and sqt mutant embryos.
