Reactivity of the hybridomas GCTM-2 and TG30 used to fractionate hESC by flow cytometry. A, Protein lysate from M15 cells transfected (T) with the full-length human podocalyxin construct, pcDNA3/Podxl, shows immunoreactivity to podocalyxin antibodies (PHM5). In contrast, no immunoreactivity was observed with GCTM-2, TG343 or TRA 1–60 antibodies, nor in the untransfected (UT) cells.
