B: Nuclease activity in swine CL nuclei during different luteal phases and pregnancy. For each time point only No Salt (open bars) and Ca+++Mg++ (closed bars) samples were presented. Data represent means ± SEM of percentage of low molecular weight DNA (≤ 2000 bp). The statistical analysis were based upon the mean of 5 CLs per animal (n = 4/time point). Different capital and small letters represent significant differences (p < 0.05) for No Salt and Ca+++Mg++ groups, respectively.
