Error bars represent S.E.M. c-kit e7-8, real-time PCR using probe hit full-length c-kit transcripts on exons 7-8. c-kit e20-21, real-time PCR using probe hit full-length c-kit transcripts on exons 20-21. c-kit e21, real-time PCR using probe hit full-length c-kit transcripts on the end of exons 21.
