  1. 32 genes were dupregulated in PM/PM thyroid at E18 when compared to wild type. Genes were identified using Affymetrix mouse expression set U74Av2. Statistical significance of p-values ≤ 0.1 and fold change ≥ 2.0 were used as cutoffs for determining expression changes. Genes were categorized based on function determined by gene ontology (GO) term associations.
