The experiment was repeated four times with similar results, and a representative experiment is shown. (B) Semi-quantitative analysis of miRNA-196a regulation of NOBOX expression in transfected HeLa cells. Abundance of NOBOX protein in each sample was determined by densitometry and normalized relative to abundance of β-Actin protein (control). Data are expressed as mean relative pixel density (n = 4 mean ± SEM). Different letters indicate statistical difference (P < 0.05).
