Acute inhibition of PI3K is sufficient to regulate expression of PI3K sensitive genes. qRT-PCR analysis of trophoblast 'differentiation-associated' genes regulated by PI3K under acute PI3K inhibition. Rcho-1 trophoblast stem cells were cultured under differentiating conditions for 6 days and for an additional 48 h of treatment with vehicle (0.1% DMSO; D+V) or LY294002 (10 μM; D+LY).
