(B, C, E, F) Haemotoxylin and eosin-stained sections through the left lobe from wild-type (B, C) and chuzhoi mutant (E, F) E18.5 fetuses detected thickened interstitial mesenchyme and reduced sepatation in chuzhoi mutants.
