Altered GSK3β/β-catenin signalling is evident in Irs2-/- mouse kidney. (A). Twenty μg of kidney protein lysates from Irs2+/+ and Irs2-/- mice injected with insulin were probed by Western blotting with the indicated antibodies. (B) Twenty μg of kidney protein lysates from female Irs2+/+ (n = 3), Irs2+/- (n = 3) and Irs2-/- (n = 6) mice were probed with the indicated antibodies. GAPDH was used as loading control. (C) Band intensities were quantified using Scion Image software. The intensity ratio of β-catenin/GAPDH is shown. p *< 0.05.
