(A) Quantitative PCR analysis of the levels of adipocyte-specific gene expression in whole tissue lysate (Tissue) and purified mammary epithelial cells (MEC). (B) Analysis of IAP expression in P18Tissue and P18MEC. (i) RT-PCR of mRNA extracted from P18Tissue and P18MEC was performed using primer pairs targeted against each IAP. (ii) Protein lysates were immunoblotted with antibodies shown. (C) IAP expression in purified MECs extracted from mice at P18 and L7 was analysed by immunoblotting.
